Color Coated Steel Coil (PPGI / PPGL)

We supply high-quality color coated steel coil (PPGI/PPGL) sourced from certified Chinese manufacturers. Our products fully comply with international standards including GB/T 12754-2019, ASTM A755, EN 10169, and JIS G3312.

We offer two core types:
– PPGI (prepainted galvanized steel coil) with a zinc coating of 30–275 g/m²
– PPGL (prepainted galvalume steel coil) with a 55% Al-Zn alloy coating of 50–150 g/m²

You get flexible specifications to meet diverse project needs:
– Thickness: 0.12 mm to 1.5 mm (tolerance ±0.001 mm)
– Width: 600 mm to 1500 mm (common sizes: 914/1000/1200/1219 mm)
– Paint systems: PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF
– Top coat thickness: 10–35 µm | Back coat: 7±2 µm
– Colors: RAL standard shades or custom color matching

PPGI/PPGL coils work well in factory roofing, wall cladding, warehouse panels, prefabricated houses, and agricultural sheds. They deliver stable performance in various climates.
